The phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining and processing laboratory specimens to facilitate quality results. They also perform LIS computer operations and various clerical functions as needed.
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy certificate program and at least 3 months of active phlebotomy experience are preferred.
