Post-doctoral psychology assistants will conduct psychological evaluations, risk assessments, and provide clinical interventions such as individual and group therapy within regional psychiatric hospitals. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses to coordinate patient care and contribute to hospital initiatives.
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in psychology and have completed a pre-doctoral internship from an accredited university. Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education prior to receiving a formal employment offer.
Position Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology with psychology pre-doctoral internship must be conferred from an accredited university prior to the start of the post-doctoral fellowship.
