The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide medication, education, and empowerment to individuals while monitoring patient health and treatment progress. They will serve as a multi-disciplinary team member to maintain a safe environment through observation rounds and group facilitation.
Candidates must hold a valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio and have completed an approved course in medication administration. Official academic transcripts are required for all post-secondary education listed on the application.
License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code & proof of completion of an approved course in medication administration.
