Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program and possess board certification in family or adult care, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Required qualifications also include current Ohio licensure, written verification of 1000 hours of prior supervised practice and prescribing experience, and a valid driver's license.
