The Direct Support Professional assists individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. They are also responsible for medication administration, transportation, and documenting progress toward personal objectives.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally and reliably as part of a team. The role requires the physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and the capacity to make sound, rational judgments.
