What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents including assessment, monitoring, and treatment in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed while ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical protocols.
Monitor residents’ health status, vital signs, and clinical conditions, reporting any changes to physicians and the healthcare team.
Supervise and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and care plans.
Assist with care planning, patient evaluations, and coordination of care with interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents while maintaining infection control standards.
Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare staff.
Follow all facility policies, healthcare regulations, and safety procedures.
