What You'll Do Provide direct patient care including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Support nursing staff with patient monitoring and basic clinical tasks. Assist residents with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities. Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the nursing team. Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents. Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff. Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety protocols.
