The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT, and MRI while ensuring patient safety and comfort. They also maintain clinical equipment, manage patient records, and provide support to medical providers during examinations.
Candidates must hold an associate degree, an approved RT program completion, and ARRT certification with relevant state licensure. A minimum of two years of medical office experience is strongly preferred along with CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.

The Radiology Technologist assists physicians to identify illnesses and injuries through using diagnostic imaging equipment such as x-ray, CT, MRI, and mammography machines. The Radiology Technologist duties also include explaining procedures to patients, calibrating imaging equipment, and preparing results.
