The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists in providing Occupational Therapy services under the general supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This includes implementing treatment plans and goals established by the Therapists.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Associate program for Occupational Therapy Assistants. Licensure or eligibility for licensure by the state of Florida is required.
Under general supervision of the Occupational Therapist and according to established policies and procedures, assists in providing Occupational Therapy services, including but not limited to the implementation of treatment based on the plans and goals established by the Therapists. Also responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
Graduate of an accredited Associate program for the Occupational Therapy Assistants. Licensure or eligibility for licensure by the state of Florida.
