Montello Care Center is seeking to hire more great Resident Assistants (RA) to assist in providing quality care to our residents. As an RA, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and certified nurses’ aides. The RA completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient, and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families, and other health team members is an essential component of this position.

You will have the opportunity to complete the Certified Nursing Assistant course and sit for the CNA test, ALL of which is paid for by WISH while you work at Montello Care Center.
