The therapist provides ongoing individual and group counseling while completing clinical documentation and treatment plans. They also collaborate with the health team to assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse issues.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be licensed or eligible for supervision in Oklahoma as an LPC, LADC, LFMT, or LCSW. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in technology are required for this role.
Therapists provides ongoing individual and group counseling to an assigned population. The Therapist completes documentation requirements reflecting clinical necessity which meets program and agency standards. Therapists interact regularly with other staff, including the Health Team, and treatment providers to assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems, including abuse of alcohol tobacco, and/or other drugs. Activities may include individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, psycho-social assessments, client advocacy, prevention and education.
