Provide individual and group counseling to clients with mental health or substance abuse issues. Manage clinical documentation, treatment planning, and crisis intervention while collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team.
Requires a Master's degree and licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma as an LPC, LADC, LFMT, or LCSW. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Therapists provides ongoing individual and group counseling to an assigned population. The Therapist completes documentation requirements reflecting clinical necessity which meets program and agency standards. Therapists interact regularly with other staff, including the Health Team, and treatment providers to assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems, including abuse of alcohol tobacco, and/or other drugs. Activities may include individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning, psycho-social assessments, client advocacy, prevention and education.
