The Licensed Nursing Assistant assists in implementing patient care plans under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. Responsibilities include performing patient care tasks, collecting vital signs, and documenting clinical information.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid Vermont state LNA license. Completion of an accredited LNA program and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of an accredited LNA program required. Valid Vermont state LNA license required. Prior home care and/or hospice experience preferred. Valid state driver's license, vehicle and automobile insurance required. Ability to successfully pass pre-employment driver record, criminal, adult and child abuse background check/review required.
