Responsibilities Perform routine diagnostic ultrasound procedures per physician orders and department protocols Ensure high-quality images and proper documentation for radiologist interpretation Prepare patients for procedures and provide clear instructions and support Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times Accurately enter and manage patient data within EMR/PACS systems Follow established imaging protocols and escalate any concerns as needed Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and equipment Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement processes Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow Guide and help train new Ultrasound Technologists and handle communications between Leadership and Technologists Qualifications 3+ years Ultrasound Technologist experience required American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographs (ARDMS) certification required Breast Imaging experience highly preferred CPR/BLS certification preferred Must be available to work a 4/10 work schedule - no exceptions What is expected of you and others at this level Applies basic concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks Works on projects of limited scope and complexity Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions Develops competence by performing structured work assignments Worksite Location: Central Valley Medical and Women's Imaging (CVMWI) 1125 E.
