The Mental Health Counselor provides individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and adults within an integrated care setting. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records and delivering compassionate care while adhering to best practice standards.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess a current Texas LPC or LPC-A license. At least two years of outpatient counseling experience and proficiency with electronic health records are preferred.

This position is located in Chapel Hill and requires occasional ability to travel to FCC site in Tyler.
