The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide hands-on, person-centered care to pediatric residents, including assistance with daily living activities. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and maintain accurate documentation of resident conditions.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or be willing to obtain one within three months. The role requires physical capability to assist with resident mobility and a commitment to ongoing professional education.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in resident condition. Ensure safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment. Support residents with physical activities, such as ROM exercises and mobility assistance. Accurately document care provided and observations. Participate in training, quality improvement, and team collaboration.

Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including lifting and assisting residents.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
