The Nurse Practitioner will provide onsite clinical care, including acute, episodic, and chronic disease management for employees and their dependents. They will also collaborate on care coordination, establish clinical pathways, and conduct telehealth visits as needed.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing, an active Michigan RN license, and FNP certification. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is required.
What You’ll Do Provide onsite advanced clinical care, including acute, episodic, preventive, and chronic disease management Deliver proactive care for employees, spouses, and dependents Collaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis and care coordination Establish clinical pathways and treatment protocols Conduct telehealth visits as appropriate Coordinate care with external provider networks Maintain required licensure and certifications Schedule & Compensation One 8-hour shift, any day Monday through Friday Starting at $55/hour, based on experience This Role Is a Great Fit If… You’re looking to complement another role or maintain a light, consistent weekly schedule. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC) Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification 2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred) BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
