Provide patient-centred, evidence-based lymphoedema assessment and treatment across acute inpatient wards and outpatient departments. Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and provide supervision to junior therapists and assistants.
Requires a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy degree, AHPRA registration, and specific qualification in lymphoedema therapy. Candidates must be eligible for a Medicare provider number and demonstrate the ability to work independently in clinical settings.
Mater Hospital Springfield is seeking applications for Senior Occupational Therapist (HP4) – (Lymphoedema trained) to join us in a permanent, part-time role (0.8 FTE). Based at our Springfield campus, these roles will be part of a landmark moment in Queensland healthcare at Mater Hospital Springfield — opening early 2026. This state of the art facility will meet the needs of the growing Greater Springfield region. With a mix of public and private beds across ICU, maternity, emergency and medical, surgical services, it’s set to care for over 200,000 patients annually.
