The nurse practitioner or physician assistant will perform patient care activities, including physical exams, diagnoses, and the management of acute and chronic diseases. They will also order diagnostic tests, perform therapeutic procedures, and collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing or be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. A current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing or as a Physician Assistant is required.
Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.
