The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring compliance with nursing home policies and physician orders. They also manage resident charts, coordinate care plans, and assist medical staff during their assigned shifts.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university. A valid and current RN license in the state is required.
