The Advanced Practice Provider will coordinate clinical services and provide comprehensive ENT care, including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans. They will also collaborate with physicians to support high-risk patients and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree for Nurse Practitioners or graduation from an accredited program for Physician Assistants, along with an active Maryland license. Strong clinical judgment and experience in ENT are strongly preferred.

The Advanced Practice Provider functions in the role of clinician, consultant, educator, researcher, and serves as a resource to the physicians. Under the supervision of a physician, coordinates clinical services to provide consistent quality of care for patients in the healthcare setting and is responsible for providing evaluation and management of ENT services. Conducts physical examinations, provides treatment, and counsels patients and families.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. The pay range may also vary based on specialty if applicable. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
