Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy treatment to patients while building trusted, long-term relationships. Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor patient progress and maintain efficient documentation using the AgileRPM system.
Must be a licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist Assistant with a commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care. Candidates should possess a compassionate mindset and the ability to perform physical tasks such as patient transfers and mobility assistance.
