The Certified Medication Aide is responsible for administering and recording medications as prescribed while monitoring resident vital signs and condition changes. They also provide essential personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure the safety and comfort of residents within the community.
Candidates must hold a valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification and meet all state-specific requirements. Six months of prior experience in a retirement community setting is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
