Responsibilities

Provide assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques Monitor and document patient progress Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Guide patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required Valid state Physical Therapy license Proven experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Ready to make a difference in the lives of patients?
