Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to children, teens, and young adults. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Must hold a Master's degree and a valid Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, or LCP). Requires strong documentation skills, proficiency with clinical technology, and the ability to work in-person at least two days per week.

LightWorks Counseling & Wellness by Shineforth provides high-quality, individualized care to children, teens, young adults, and their caregivers.
We lead with compassion, avoid judgment, and meet individuals and families where they are.
As part of Shineforth’s long-standing nonprofit mission, LightWorks expands access to outpatient mental health care through a blend of in-person and telehealth services. This launch-phase program offers clinicians the opportunity to help build a growing service line, with plans to expand into a multidisciplinary model that includes therapy, psychiatry, and specialized services.
