The nurse will perform systematic patient assessments and formulate care plans to ensure high-quality, safe outcomes. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain a healthy work environment and high levels of patient satisfaction.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. A bachelor's degree is also required for this position.
BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Some areas may require a current and valid driver’s license.
Experience: Graduate of RN Program
