The PCA + CMA is responsible for administering medications according to care plans and assisting residents with activities of daily living such as dressing and bathing. They must also maintain accurate documentation and ensure all interactions are conducted with kindness and dignity.
Candidates are required to hold a High School Diploma or GED and must be a Certified Medication Aide. Prior caregiving experience is desired, and the role requires a commitment to following all company policies and HIPAA regulations.
