The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipunctures and collecting, labeling, and processing various patient specimens. They must also maintain laboratory safety standards, manage patient information, and assist with workflow improvements.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and a valid phlebotomy certification. At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced laboratory or hospital setting is required, along with proficiency in venipuncture techniques.
