Positive Support Specialists assist individuals with intensive medical, behavioral, and mental health needs in residential settings. They provide support for daily living skills, advocate for client rights, and manage crisis situations safely.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, with a relevant degree preferred, and 1-2 years of experience working with complex needs. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs and pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
