• $17.00 – $27.00/hour (based on level of support)
• Full-Time & Part-Time options available
• Flexible scheduling in some locations
• Locations: Chaska, Cologne, Bloomington

What You’ll Do As a 1

1 DSP, you’ll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful.

You may

• Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports)
• Support community involvement and social connections
• Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home
• Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments
• Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy
• Document daily activities and care
