Salary
$17 - $21 / HOUR
Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and communities to help them live independently and achieve personal goals. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, transportation, meal preparation, and documenting care.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid US driver's license, reliable insured transportation, and the ability to pass a DHS background check. Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.
Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building) Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation). Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication. Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy. Accurately document care and daily activities
