Salary
$150 / HOUR
Provide home-based care to patients with various conditions, often following discharge from facilities, while working with physicians and overseeing ancillary staff like LPNs and CNAs. Responsibilities include patient examination, assessment, documentation, educating patients and families on care plans, and coordinating discharge from services.
Applicants must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, requiring a minimum of 1200 hours of experience as an RN. Candidates must also be Health Care CPR/BLS Certified, pass a background check and drug test (including THC testing), and home health care experience is preferred.
