Behavioral Health Counselor Therapist (May be eligible for Student Loan Forgiveness)

Description Serna Solutions is seeking a full or part time Clinical Therapist to provide services for adults and children, individuals, families and groups in Espanola. Since 2003 Serna Solutions has provided clinical counseling services to individuals, couples and families with a variety of challenges. Salary Range: $50,000-$75,000 based on experience and preferred qualification

Requirements: Minimum qualifications include:

Licensure as a non-independent Master’s level behavioral health clinician (LMHC, LAMFT and LMSW) OR an independent Master’s level behavioral health clinician (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)Preferred qualification include:Training in one or more Evidence Based Practice (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, MBSEP, Brainspotting, etc.) Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.Under the general direction of the clinical director/clinical supervisor the clinician will be responsible for:

Provide psycho-therapeutic and psycho-educational services to individuals, families, and groups; Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned by the director; Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes; Attend program staffing and clinical staffing to participate in client progress reports and professional development; Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director; Provide case management to link clients with supportive services and provides follow up to referring agency; Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations; Provides direct clinical and case management services; and provides administrative support; Contact clients directly for the purposes of scheduling, follow up and case management; Provide crisis intervention, as needed; Provide training to other clinicians inside and outside of the organization as assigned; Minimum of 25 billable hours of service per week within six months of hire; Perform other duties as assigned.
