The Relief Counselor ensures the health, safety, and well-being of residents while supervising daily activities and routines. They also implement behavior management techniques and support the educational and vocational needs of the adolescents.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have at least three years of experience working with adolescents. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly environment for the residents.
