Conducts various laboratory tests and duties in compliance with OSHA, CLIA'88, and COLA regulations. Performs phlebotomy services and operates laboratory instruments under the supervision of a Laboratory Director.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent and registry eligibility. Must obtain BLS certification and maintain professional registry within specified timeframes.
Conducts a variety of laboratory tests and duties according to established laboratory procedures, and in compliance with Cherokee Nation Policies and Procedures, Rural Health Guidelines and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA'88), and Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA) regulations, or any other applicable rules, regulations and guidelines while working under the supervision of a Laboratory Supervisor and/or Laboratory Director.
