The LPN provides nursing supports and direct services designed to promote independence for individuals residing in the Fairview Home Assisted Living Facility.
Works to ensure individuals health and safety needs are addressed, and in line with their Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).

$44,100.00- $50,715.00 Education Requirements: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing is required. A valid Virginia Practical Nurse License (LPN) is required. Experience working in an Assisted Living or nursing facility is preferred. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages
