Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with no night or weekend requirements. Duties include the provision of professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Ability to travel to satellite locations to cover departmental needs with reimbursement for mileage and travel time (per IRS guidelines). The float department travels up-to a 60-mile radius of Champaign, Illinois and has quarterly bonus eligibibilty for team members in good standing after 90 days of employment. Candidates must possess (or in the process of obtaining) an Illinois State Nursing License and CPR. Professional nursing experience is preferred.

DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.) Administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with nursing standards and as directed by provider. Prepare equipment and aid provider during treatment, examination and/or testing of the patient. Observe, record and report patient’s condition and reaction to medication and/or treatment to provider. Act as a liaison between the patient and provider regarding complaints, concerns, etc. Instruct patient and family regarding medication, treatment instructions and patient education. Demonstrate the ability to respond to triage calls using nursing assessment. Maintain and update patient medical record upon visit. Maintain relevant office supplies for department effectiveness. Attend a minimum of two monthly huddles (occurring after hours) per quarter. Perform related work as required. Travel to satellite Christie Clinic locations to cover departmental needs.

BENEFITS: The estimated pay range for this position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. This position allows for interchangeable credentialed roles with varying pay ranges:
LPN pay range: $22.94 to $31.54 /hr.
RN pay range: $32.40 to $44.55 /hr.
