Provide daily care and supervision for teenage girls in a residential setting. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and recreational activities. Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress. Facilitate group activities and therapeutic interventions to promote social skills. Maintain a safe and supportive environment to ensure the well-being of all residents. Communicate effectively with team members, families, and external professionals. Document daily activities and incidents accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Degree Preferred in the Human Services field Two years of experience working with adolescents, particularly in a care or educational setting. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and care. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Commitment to promoting a positive and empowering environment for residents.
