The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care using established medical-surgical standards, systematically evaluating care quality and effectiveness for the patient and family. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments across various dimensions of human response to health problems.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing or possess equivalent education for licensing, with no prior experience explicitly required. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS HCP) from AHA and a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of work location (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin).
