• Range: $24.00 - $24.00 HourlySelf-Direction DSP - Syracuse Area (Job #EH-KO) ARISE / Exceptional Family Resources (EFR) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support to a young teenage girl in the Syracuse area. The ideal candidate will assist her in maintaining and developing independence both at home and within the community.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Reliable transportation is essential. Prior experience as a DSP is preferred but not required—training will be provided. Must successfully complete background checks, fingerprinting, and a DMV record check (conducted by the agency). Schedule and Availability: Primary hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00–7:00 PM (after school). Occasional weekend hours as needed. Additional hours may become available after hire. Flexible scheduling options depending on individual and DSP compatibility.

Compensation

Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
