• Summary: We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient practice. In this role, you will assess patient needs, provide treatment, and support recovery through practical, goal-based care. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a straightforward clinic setting, a consistent weekday schedule, and the ability to spend real time with patients.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans Provide therapy based on patient goals and clinical findings Use movement-based treatment methods and exercise instruction Follow patient progress and make plan changes when needed Help patients understand their recovery process and home program Complete all required notes and records on time Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Active Florida Physical Therapist license Strong communication and clinical judgment Outpatient experience preferred, but not required New graduates may be considered PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you want a role where you can stay focused on patient progress and keep a steady weekday schedule, this could be a strong fit.
