The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting blood, urine, and culture specimens while ensuring patient safety and specimen integrity. They also manage patient registration, order entry, and resolve ambiguous test orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a current BLS certification. A phlebotomy course or military training and previous experience are preferred.
Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.
Hourly Rate $20.25-$27.77
1:00pm-9:30pm, Monday - Friday with every other weekend and holidays.
