The Oncology Clinical Pharmacist provides specialized pharmaceutical care, including monitoring and optimizing medication use for oncology and hematology patients. They also serve as a resource for staff development and participate in quality initiatives and protocol development.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of pharmacy with an active Georgia Pharmacist license and at least two years of clinical pharmacy experience. Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or fellowship and relevant board certification are preferred.

REQUIRED Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. Active Georgia Pharmacist license Two (2) years clinical pharmacy experience. PREFERRED ASHP- Accredited Post Graduate Year 1 and 2 Residency or Fellowship or equivalent experience in the specialty area. Relevant Pharmacy Specialty Board certification is preferred.
