The Patient Care Tech performs direct and indirect patient care activities to support a safe and efficient clinical environment. They work under the supervision of a Nurse Leader to ensure a positive patient experience while managing multiple priorities.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and must obtain BLS certification within 60 days of hire. While no experience is required, certifications such as CNA, CPCT/A, EMT, or CMA are preferred for career advancement.
