The Behavioral Health Technician supports nursing administration by managing staffing needs, supervising patient sitters, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. They also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining records, and facilitating staff development programs.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred. Additionally, the role requires critical thinking skills and the ability to obtain CPR and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) certification within 30 days of employment.

Carrollton Springs Changes® is an outpatient mental health clinic in Frisco, TX, affiliated with Collin Springs and serving the Dallas–Fort Worth community north of Dallas. We provide compassionate support through Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges.
