Behavioral Health Technician

• What we’re looking for
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment prior to any patient contact

Collin Springs Changes® McKinney is an outpatient mental health clinic affiliated with Collin Springs, providing care to the McKinney, TX community, northeast of downtown Dallas. Our services support children 11+ and adults 18+, offering structured Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for mental health and addiction concerns.

Carrollton Springs Changes® is an outpatient mental health clinic in Frisco, TX, affiliated with Collin Springs and serving the Dallas–Fort Worth community north of Dallas. We provide compassionate support through Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges.
