The Psych Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric care and medical treatment to members served within a crisis stabilization unit. They act as a senior member of the clinical team to support recovery and reduce inpatient hospitalizations.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an advanced healthcare degree, and be ANCC board-certified as a PMHNP. At least one year of experience working with persons with mental disabilities is required along with active state licensure and DEA credentials.

Compensation -
Expected Employee starting wage range - $129,187 - $159,540 / Annually
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Independent Contractors are not eligible for company benefits and must provide their own malpractice insurance.

The Windsor Center is a short-stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that offers 24/7 services to adults and youth. The Windsor Center aims to increase access to crisis services, reduce inpatient hospitalization, reduce the amount of time that law enforcement is involved in a mental health crisis, and strengthen the existing outpatient behavioral health services.
