The Health Information Management Clerk reviews medical records for completeness and compliance with hospital bylaws and state regulations. They also manage the accurate transcription of reports and communicate with physicians regarding delinquent documentation.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should have one to three months of related experience or training.
