Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents in a trauma-informed residential setting. Collaborate with clinical staff to implement treatment plans and maintain a safe, structured environment.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Food Handler's Permit.
Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits Maintain a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership Use safe verbal de‑escalation and physical intervention skills when needed
High school diploma or equivalent 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Ability to pass a Utah State background check Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before the first day of work
