The Physical Therapist Assistant will carry out treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility and function. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining clinical documentation, and ensuring the treatment environment is organized.
Candidates must hold an Associate degree from an accredited PTA program and possess an active New Jersey PTA license. Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred along with strong communication and documentation skills.
