• The Advanced Practice Provider (ICP) provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up to specialty populations.
• This is a professional level position working under limited direction in coordination with Medical Providers.
• Typical work requires specialized knowledge, critical thinking, and sound judgement based upon principles of biologic, physiological, behavioral and sociological sciences skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
• Internal interdisciplinary and external communication skills are essential.
• This position requires population specific competencies.
• Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
